Organovo Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ONVO) reported that an exclusive distributor contract with Cosmo Bio Co., Ltd. for its NovoView Preclinical Services in Japan. CosmoBio is one of Japan’s largest suppliers in the life science industry, and Organovo will work with CosmoBio’s Drug Discovery Services (DDS) team to gain direct access to consumers and support projects throughout the Japanese biopharmaceutical industry.
The general manager, Organovo, Paul Gallant said, “We’re committed to expanding our consumer footprint in Asia, as four of the world’s Top 25 global pharmaceutical companies are located in Japan. “CosmoBio is an ideal distribution partner for our liver and kidney tissue testing services because of their deep network, strong consumer relationships and excellent track record selling the products and services of leading research tools companies.”

The U.S. Transportation Department said on Wednesday it had granted final approval to an alliance contract submitted by Delta Air Lines Inc (DAL) and Aeromexico (AEROMEX.MX).
The decision lets Delta and Aeromexico cooperate with immunity from U.S. antitrust law, and paves the way for the two companies to dominate the second-busiest market for travel to or from the United States.The department granted tentative approval to the arrangement on Nov. 4. The stock is going forward its fifty-two week low with 58.24% and lagging behind from its 52-week high price with -3.20%.
