Based on these results, Pampa issued 28,294,006 Pampa Shares and 4,493,649 Pampa ADSs pursuant to the Exchange Offers and paid Ps. 3,233,105,695 pursuant to the Cash Tender Offers, in each case, net of applicable Argentine withholding taxes.
