Prior to her appointment as Chief Accounting Officer, Ms. Crowell served as a Vice President of the Company since April 2014 and Controller since March 2006. Ms. Crowell joined the Company in October 2005 as Assistant Controller. The firm has institutional ownership of 85.90%, while insider ownership included 0.33%.
